How to setup a new AICPA-CIMA administrator

User Properties

Change Sytem Role

Click the Settings tab and change the System Role to AICPA Administrator

Map User to Channels

Click the Affiliations tab to change the affiliations

An AICPA-CIMA administrator must be mapped to all Channels as an Organization Member, Organization Manager and  Organization Administrator.

ORGANIZATION MEMBER

  1. Click the Organization Membership link to open the MapTo screen.
  2. Set the Source to Organization and Sub-Type to Public Channel
  3. Click the Get Items button

  1. Select all the Channels in the Organizations list and click the >> button
  2. Click the Submit button to save the changes
  3. Change the Sub-Type to Private Channel
  4. Click the Get Items button
  5. Select all the Channels in the Organizations list and click the >> button
  6. Click the Submit button to save the changes
  7. Click the Return link to close the Map-To screen

MANAGED ORGANIZATIONS

  1. Click the Managed Organization link to open the MapTo screen.
  2. Set the Source to Organization and Sub-Type to Public Channel
  3. Click the Get Items button
  4. Select all the Channels in the Organizations list and click the >> button
  5. Click the Submit button to save the changes
  6. Change the Sub-Type to Private Channel
  7. Click the Get Items button
  8. Select all the Channels in the Organizations list and click the >> button
  9. Click the Submit button to save the changes
  10. Click the Return link to close the Map-To screen

ADMINISTERED ORGANIATIONS

  1. Click the Administered Organization link to open the MapTo screen.
  2. Set the Source to Organization and Sub-Type to Public Channel
  3. Click the Get Items button
  4. Select all the Channels in the Organizations list and click the >> button
  5. Click the Submit button to save the changes
  6. Change the Sub-Type to Private Channel
  7. Click the Get Items button
  8. Select all the Channels in the Organizations list and click the >> button
  9. Click the Submit button to save the changes
  10. Click the Return link to close the Map-To screen
